I don't see azure models listed on the models page and switching openai to azure in code errors out that it can't find the model and when I make a request selecting azure in the OR Chat UI it uses openai provider not azure.

hm i'm not able to reproduce your issue - i see Azure being served when i set Azure in the Chatroom

#

can you screenshot all your model settings and put them here?

It also shows azure there for me, but when you click on the generation id it shows openai/.

Is there a way to find what azure models are supported?

Azure hosts openai models and Mistral Large, Phi, couple others

#

that are on openrouter

I think it would be helpful to clarify if/how OpenRouter integrates with Azure Open AI service as a provider.

I'm seeing conflicting information on the site

  1. On the providers sample it shows you have to remove the azure provider, but it doesn't how you how to use azure.
  2. Azure isn't in the provider/model list
  3. Azure is in the Chat dialog for gpt models
  4. When you make a chat request it always uses openai as the provider.
  5. There doesn't seem to be any azure/ model available when calling the API.

Thanks!

Any thoughts on this?

Azure is shown as a provider for many models, but we don't have a view where you can see them all at once yet

Azure is not a model maker. they are a model provider (hosting GPUs that run models)
