Getting charged for moderation refusal messages is part of the ToS of these providers. There is nothing you or OpenRouter can do about this, other than mark such providers and warn you. The only recommendation I can give you is not use such providers/models for "risky" prompts, there are tons of uncensored/unfiltered models available on OpenRouter.

Thanks for your responses, It wasn't some sort of ERP or something like that, I really don't know what happened, on silly tavern only wrote "..." That's why I asked for a refund. But if I can't do anything about it, that's okay, thanks anyway.

Okay, this maybe a bad interaction between the model and SillyTavern, again there is little OpenRouter can do. Best advice I can give you is to ask in the SillyTavern Discord about this and how to avoid this. (Link to the Discord invite is on the SillyTavern homepage)

@crystal osprey there are tons of uncensored/unfiltered models available on OpenRouter.
Examples? How do I filter/search by uncensored?

"Open Source" and "fine-tune" are good indicators. Popular examples are the Dolphin models, Euryale, Stheno, etc. Also Mistral models are known to be uncensored and never refuse. I'd recommend the "Roleplay" tag on OpenRouter (see here -> https://openrouter.ai/rankings/roleplay?view=week), but there are several models that require Jailbreaks or are just outdated (MythoMax).
