claude2.0&2.1 failed response on playground and api

due to some reason,i have to use this model,but two days ago,these two model didnt give me any response,so i have to look for your help

Anthropic doesn't allow some regions of the world unfortunately

try other models (like Goliath)

does that mean when a user in a blocked region tries to use Claude via OpenRouter it's still getting blocked? (just asking ,cause i have to put that in our help docs)

or are they judge it by user`s ip and i can change my ip so i can avoid it
