If I want to use AI APIs in Europe i need to sign a DPA. Is this possible with Openrouter?
Do you maybe plan building a branch hosted in the EU?
I think open source models hosted in Europe would be a nice combination valued by many open source enthusiasts in the EU?

hi, while we're still yet ready with DPA,
confirmation that our user data won't be used for training etc.
this one depends on the individual provider / model you decide to use and you can completely opt-out of logging from your account settings.

Hey, also adding a +1 for a DPA. This will be likely required for any B2B companies with larger customers. We'd also be fine with a one off one if you can sign one and don't want to invest in setting up a page like OpenAI has here: https://openai.com/policies/data-processing-addendum/ Any idea what the timing is like on a DPA being available?

@runic cobalt , we have a large customer interested in joining our platform that needs DPAs in place with all of our vendors. I just emailed [email protected] to see if we can send a one-off to your team via DocuSign. Is this a possibility?
