what about the builtin available extensions superbooga and v2?
If you install Silly Tavern and us that there alis definitely a long-term memory extension. I have not read about superbooga or v2 so I can't give insight on those options.
There are two extensions listed on the Github Ooga-Booga extensions page. One is no longer supported, and the other uses Docker. I have not been successful in getting the Docker version to work, and I wish there was more support or a tutorial for it because it looks good. Here is the link:https://github.com/jason-brian-anderson/long_term_memory_with_qdrant
i was able to install the requirements for both superbooga and v2 with this: "assuming you used the Windows installer, all you should have had to do was run cmd_windows.bat from your parent oobabooga directory, cd to the text-generation-webui\extensions\superbooga subfolder and type pip install -r requirements.txt from there". now i can check them in the interface and to see if they do anything... nope both fail to load. must be discontinued or broken...
i've gotten superbooga to work following the same steps, haven't tried v2 though but i'll give it a shot really quick
