I’m a fan of Crash Team Rumble, a big fan. Love the game and all that. But one problem we have isn’t about the game itself, but it’s with y’all @surreal quest and how you’ve been communicating with the community.
We’d really appreciate it if you made more posts on your social media letting people know you’ve been working on fixing bugs or just updating us instead of just giving us silence. Transparency is key to maintaining a live service game such as this. Staying silent is just gonna cause players to feel as if they’re issues won’t be addressed and stop playing the game, which harms the overall player base. Some more transparency than patch notes and occasional videos about lab modes would be very beneficial to everyone. It doesn’t have to be something fancy, just something like “we’re working on it” and so on so forth.
I think this is something very important because right now, most people in this server don’t have much faith in you guys, but that can change if y’all just started being more transparent and open to discussing and updating the community. Also try to post this type of stuff on the official Crash Twitter account, more people will see it that way.

They did have one, they even mentioned on a Twitter post they were surprised they didn’t get feedback on certain things such as the flag placements on the banks

I agree, especially after the disappointment about the party event ending unexpectedly without a timer and the silence that followed.

I do appreciate the occasional communication about potential/planned balance changes, though. I’d just like some more consistency and frequency in communication

The communication should not be limited to Twitter (or X, how it's called right now) or anywhere else.
Some people just don't want to register on too many social-media accounts.
It should be enough to interact on Discord.
Especially, since a lot of Crash Bandicoot Fans use Discord.

Would love to see a report at least once per week of known issues and currently solved/in process.
I'm a fan of game and all, but seeing everyday issues people accidentally get in game, along with your silence on it... The statement looking not so handy with such amount das far.

In fact, if there is a Reddit user here, they should write to TFB from Reddit that they should look at Discord more, and draw attention. I started to have doubts when I read what was written on this server. Maybe they are looking at the TFB Lab Feedback topic, but I doubt they are looking at the other suggestions. Redditor guys should put pressure on TFB on Reddit regarding this matter. Otherwise, many good things proposed will go to waste before being added to the game. In order for the game to be better and playable for a long time, suggestions and complaints should be taken into consideration. People spend their time here writing, reading and discussing these things. Why waste our time and energy if it won't be taken into consideration?

In the end, TfB didn't open their own official Discord server in vain.
There is a reason why that server is open.

Yeah, especially the constant "rejoin" error, after you start an entire team as a host.
You have to immediately try to rejoin into the same lobby, otherwise you loose your teammates and have to re-collect everyone from start.
That would be nice, if this issue would be finally fixed. It's one of the most annoying problems which we have since season 2.
