It is no surprise to everyone that this power is litterally the worst because it does nothing at all.
Some buffs and QoL reworks might make it more usable to counter general powers rather than only power charge
What I have in mind is; keep power drain ability to reduce power charge and apply a health debuff to active powers in range (let’s call it 25% as an example).
This way, it could be used to be a reactive power to strong enemy powers, giving the scorers a bigger window of passing through blockers power charge and general defense
This hp debuff won’t be stacked if more than 1 power drain is activey affecting a power in field (call it greg, spitter flytrap, fridge, another power drain)
Interactions with effect and state powers might differ under power drain effect:
•Stash: max amount of extra stash reduced by 25%;
•Bounce crates: dmg and knockback reduced by 25%
•TNT: dmg reduction by 25%
•Garbage dump dmg reduction by 25%
Again, this is just a concept of how this power might be taken into consideration in order to improve it towards how the matches require powers to interact in-game; and in this particular case, to have an actual effect on field
