#Can't undo OTA Disabler

this server is genuinely my last hope at reenabling OTA; i need as much help as i can get. lemin, or any other developer, if you can help, i would greatly appreciate it, as a few others in the server are facing the same issue.

for context, i have an iPhone 15, on iOS 18.5 (stable). I used to be on 18.1 beta, and I got that annoying popup, so my smartass tried to disable OTA with nugget, but that didn't work. all it did was disable the OTA functionality. so, i eventually had to use iTunes and do a lot of shit to get back to stable releases, but thus far, I've only been able to update via iTunes, not OTA. Today, i decided I had enough of this bullshit and reset my phone, and restored data with iCloud, thinking it would turn OTA on again or something, but it hasn't worked. I want to get into the iOS 26 dev beta, but I can't do that without OTA, can I?

how do i reenable OTA please? can anyone help?

i mean... you could use itunes like you said or you could use ipsw to update, both requiring a computer but like glixed said, servers are down (i wont know if they are on now) but i guess all you can do is wait. still not working then updating only using your phone might not be possible anymore

Thanks, i just factory reset and start as new then updated to iPad OS 26.
