#The resolution is really low and it's "too zoomed in"

Sorry if the way l've described the problem isn't as technical as I would like it to be but I'm not that much of a tech guy, but as the title say, it's like the wallpaper is "zoomed in" and I can't do anything about it, I'll add a ss of my Lock Screen (the Home Screen got the same issue tho)
Anyone got the same problem or solution how to fix it?
