I can't get nugget to launch

Hiya! I saw a video about custome wallpapers on instagram and I downloaded nugget on my computer (mac os intel) and whenever I launch the app it closes immediately

If you get a popup, click "Close". Go to System Settings>Privacy and Security>and click "Open anyways".

and if I click cancel where do I go in the privacy and security menu
