Cannot Update Even After Removing All Tweaks

The title is correct. No matter what I do I can’t update past 18.2 db2 and it’s getting on my nerves. (Keep in mind I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max) I have removed all tweaks but it seems to be of no avail. Any suggestions?

Go to demons and leave unchecked everything

And go to risky options and leave unchecked delay ota
