Is your phone in warranty

Had the same thing happen, itunes would fail on a restore and throws a error code, had to take it to the apple store to get it fixed up

Tried like the windows store and normal itunes none worked

did you restore it from the ipsw correctly?

It's a bit clunky, but make sure you connect your iPhone with a good, stable cable to your Mac and, through Finder, hold Option and click the Restore button at the top of the page. Then, choose the downloaded IPSW file and click Restore. that should work
