I have one from kravasign. Basically you pay and follow the instructions and it will take approximately 3 days for your cert to be processed. When it is, you can use different tools to sideload the IPA using that certificate.

The IPA is 200MB so if you install it once there’s an update you can install the new IPA without deleting the old one and it will overwrite it while keeping the game files (the ones that weigh 13gb)
