Put he bought it from his region where he lives but I bought it from Japan. I was on vacation and my phone broke so I had to buy a new phone so the thing is my phone region is Japan and I live in Iraq and the Apple ID is US region. They said you have to match the Apple ID with the region of your country like, where are you living now and I am very sure I did everything step-by-step correctly and matched the Apple ID with my country region, which is Iraq and it didn’t work both methods over 40 times and I also restarted my phone and it didn’t work
So any thoughts about that?
