Just run the file on your supported macOS. Make sure to go to your security settings to allow the file to open. At that point, make sure the phone is plugged in and enable the tweaks you want. There is no installing. Just extracting the cowabunga file.

Make sure “find my” is turned off otherwise icons and changes you make in the app will not apply.
