If extensions, then try right clicking and click pin to toolbar if it checked
If window controls, then there’s a pref for that, search experimental and you’ll find it

Mr sehaz this one is used when the whole browser is transparent. If you need the background to be blurred when there is no transparency just use backdrop filter
