these are the settings. the TOP and the BOTTOM setting in this image are the ones you change, along with the one in the second img. just double click them from false to true. then restart; it enables the stock transparency in windows 11 called Mica. // type in the url bar: 'about:config' with no quotes, hit enter and hit accept risk then search for those strings
