#How to change the Blur Effect?

Hi! I don't quite understand where you can activate the blur effect.

Indeed, on my “main” PC, I have no blur effect but on my secondary PC I have blur (see screens) and I don't understand why (I haven't touched anything on either configuration).

I have neither theme nor plugin on both zens, i'm on Windows 11 and I'm using the latest version: 1.12.8b.

There's an OS wide transparency toggle in Windows settings > personalisation > colours
