In last 2 weeks I've seen a really performance decrese on YouTube. Everytime I open a video, it takes like 10 or more seconds to start. So today I installed Chrome, with same extensions, but no problem with it. So now my question is: is Google decreasing performance on Firefox based browser or what? Is a Zen problem? 'Cause I remember same problem few months ago

There is strong evidence that google is decreasing performance on Firefox based browsers, yes. It's Something Firefox is actually working on

Some people seem more affected than others for some reason

For some, Ive heard installing the extension Chrome mask and turning it on for YouTube might help

Google decreasing performance on Firefox based browsers is well known.

I use FreeTube on Linux
