Problem with permanent new tab button

Hi so i have that new tab button on top and i can't figure out how to move it to bottom or remove it because with new update for zen tabs are opening where new tab button and that frustrating

and new tab from "customize toolbar" does nothing and still everything opens on top

laptop dead rn but it does exist in settings. I think in tab management, you can pick where the new tab button is and new tabs will spawn there

hm, if nobody else drops by I'll check when my laptop finds a power source, you might try just doing a search in settings for "new tab" perhaps

it's somewhere in there
