Tab groups are working in Zen Twilight. They are a bit ugly and hard to use for the time being though

Enable browser.tabs.groups.enabled in about:config

Zen Twilight gets more frequent updates and gets features earlier, but also has more bugs

I recommend waiting until tab groups reach regular Zen so they work well
