"Copy Rules" Bug

[Preview Branch] Pressing Copy Rules on the Arrow Rack/Bolts crashes the game to desktop.
Reproducible, happens every time clicking Copy Rules. Does not appear to affect other buildings.
Played on a Main Branch savegame that has been loaded in and saved after switching to Preview Branch.
