When I talk to the guy to start the duel, my character wont attack or block. If I change to the bow, he wont draw an arrow. Sort of makes it hard to win the fight if I cant do anything? Tried reloading the save 3 times, but had the same outcome

It's a current bug yeah. If you press esc to open the esc menu, that'll fix it in the meantime.
