I have completed all quests, liberated all villages and played about 280 days. What would make it easier for me personally to play?
Road signs not only on the main roads, but everywhere - especially around settlements and mining camps.
Battles:
Separate armory building + sorting equipment by location (head, arms, body, legs, etc.) and sorting and ranking by protection level in each section so I can choose the best equipment for myself without searching through disjointed rows of equipment

  1. Changing and modifying equipment when called to arms - now they don't change from village to military, they only go to change clothes when the group is disbanded - this makes it unusable
  2. When called to arms, always including scooping defined food into a food bag rather than into inventory and emptying carried material into stores (empty inventory) and taking undestroyed equipment - now I have to do this over and over again manually and it's tedious
  3. Being able to designate a repairer for used equipment - weapons and shields - it is cheaper to repair than to make new ones but now they don't do it and I have to do it over and over again
  4. Have a console command in the group to collect equipment from fallen enemies - so I don't have to do it myself over and over again, it's so annoying

1- They literally do change when you form a band, if you tell them to via the standing grounds...
2- They literally do this, via the standing grounds interaction...
4- This def needs improvement, but exists in the Command dialog, by targeting a lootable object with the E command, which makes them loot the area. Ideally, this command could be given, without having to be there, but that just requires expansion on the sytem already in place.

We agree with 3 though. Currently they dont do repairs very well/if at all. Having a repair system would be nice.

Also having Sort options would be nice on the storage bins. +1 rep there. ^-^

Thanks for the tip, using the flag directly on the loot bag really didn't occur to me. But it works.
Oh, great.
Now I tried the same procedure of calling to arms and then sending them directly to the Standing grounds and they really equipped and replenished the food. Again, great tip, but still they just can't empty their packs...
