Bronze arrows are so extremely costly compared to simple arrows and iron arrows.
Simple Arrow - 5 wood 3 Reeds
Bronze Arrow - 20 wood 3 Bronze Ingots 10 Feathers
Iron Arrows - 2 Hardwood Planks 1 Iron Ingot 5 Feathers
so why not use the Iron arrows as the baseline make Bronze arrows 2 Planks 1 Bronze Ingot and 5 feathers - this would make higher tier resources needed but bring down over all cost to make them in bulk for your characters.
