I noticed you can bake twice as fast as the windmill. Needing 2 to keep up with the small amount you can cook with 1 oven.
Maybe something Like you did with the tanning table. Make an extra oven you can build. Even if it needs to be within X range of the bakery (Also something like this for the tavern/Inn.)
