even if there was a gold cost associated to do this i would pay
Because if you can teleport anywhere, any game difficulty, or mechanics would be trivial.
i forgot walking across the map and having npcs get stuck on objects is fun my bad. But i will agree with all the wolfs agroing and making your archers waste half thier arrows before u get somewhere gives the game a high skill cap...
Why have outpost if you can teleport 10 people with shovels and teleport back with 300 peat?
Why even bother with food spoilage, if you just teleport here and there, fight to fight, doing everything in 5 minutes.
Why even send parties from different places or to different places, if they will be intercepted anyway at the first fast travel post
I wish there is a way to move your companion faster even if it is not as fast as the "Fast travel". Getting companions to defend a remote town from reclamation forces is REALLY DIFFICUlT right now.

Something like this would be more organic, getting there with the army is part of the game, most people, as game progresses, they move south their main settlement.
i think the best thing to do is just build a town or outpost right outside brigand headquarters
but arming my arming and feeding them again before every attack and then the long march from our base near hearendean to faroff lands for battle takes a lot of in-game hours. and then when we reach either half of the army is hungry again or half their picked food is spoiled
Yeah, it's like the game is early access, and lot of balancing is going to be done. If mounts are added, by 1.0 fast travel might be gone totally.
