yep! i have a box in my "travel signs" outpost - i'm talking about moving them out of the "Resources" list when setting up storage filters, as they double what you have to go through when turning items on and off

Easiest thing to do is set up a single stockpile or something that you've got set to only hold books, then up it's priority, at least that's been my experience.
