villagers use axe/pickaxe instead of sword when drafted

multiple vilalgers had slot1=weapon slot2=tool and they showed their equiped tool even though i drafted them to army.
so i had to remove their tool manually.
one more thing to fix for army handling like food/equipment before a fight. Thanks

I switched all their one handed weapons to the second slot and they now use that every time. Was having the same problem and someone suggested that to me. Feel like it shouldn't matter which one it is in, they should prioritize the highest damage when companion or call to arms
