I bought this game 4 days ago and it will not run more than 20 seconds ingame without crashing to desktop. ive tried all the you tube fixes, changing graphics settings. running as admin everything i could find and still wont run. any help would be appreciated

Your save folder is located here:

How do I get to my save folder?

  1. Open 'Run' through the Windows Start Menu and paste the above link
  2. Press 'WIN + R' on your keyboard and paste the above link
  3. Open 'File Explorer' and paste the above link into the address bar

Zipping the folder

  1. Right click on the folder named 'Saved'
  2. Select 'Send To' -> 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
    This will generate a zip file you can then upload

Uploading the zip file

  1. Drag and drop your zip file into Discord
    OR
  2. Use Discord's 'Upload a File' to upload the zip file

ami ever going to get a response? ive emailed and everything. bout to just get a refund and give up on it

ive done all that several times. ive made sure everything is up to date drivers and everything. reinstalled on different hard drives change memory settings. nothing worked. i will say this... when i changes AA method to XeSS i was able to stay in game for a lil longer before it crashed but only for like 2 to 3 minutes then it crashes to desktop
