the updates are adding missing translations , and works to make japanese better

There was some work done on Ukrainian and Russian but it did not make this update as it was done after we locked the update

Just FYI
I have finished the translation of the main in my opinion things, the rest is the correction of the texts of the quests and the description of the items, here i need to have access to the texts in a convenient format for viewing.

Hey @lethal locust you asked to be tagged when the first part of the translation is ready. I designed it so that it was clearer which translation refers to which: buildings, resources, interface, ma etc.
I just want to make sure that the translation will be processed.
