In a chart I'm working on, in the second chorus specifically (all of the chorus's use the same vfx), the post processing breaks and the entire venue is blacked out. I linked a video of this in game and the post processing used for this. I have only charted the post processing vfx here and the lighting / camera cuts is auto-generated from the practice events by the game at the moment

📄 How to find your YARG save/log data

You can find most of YARG's save and log data here:

  • Windows: C:\Users\<you>\AppData\LocalLow\YARC\YARG
  • Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/YARC/YARG
  • Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/YARC/YARG/release

Specifically important files:

  • Persistent data (includes scores, profiles, replays, etc.)
  • Logs (Contain debug information, useful for developers when diagnosing bugs or issues)
  • badsongs.txt (Lists songs that can't be scanned into YARG)

I didn't have anything related to venues. I should be able to look closer at your video and effects later today. I am wondering if maybe the lighting auto gen is ending up in blackout mode, though.

There is a debug display that you can open in nightly with (I think) ctrl-tab or something like that. If you click on the venue button it should show what lighting cue is currently active

I just went to playing it again today and the bug didn't occur, though I did manually chart the venue lighting
