#Overstrum on e-kit

whats the value you're using in CH currently?
Currently have overhit threshold maxed to 50, since its working well i have yet to see how low i can go but 35 was too low last i tried. velocity 10 and dynamic 100
Have you tried changing it on your kit?
agree fixing it on the module settings is the best idea, but
@high hamlet maybe it's worth considering re-raising the max debounce threshold to 50ms again?
absolutely not, that would set a rough maximum input threshold of 20 inputs per second
while most people won't reach that in most songs, when things do get even moderately fast it means you have much less of an upper ceiling to work with
and keep in mind this threshold is if you play 100% perfectly, in practice it might be more like 15-17
what do the overhits look like in a MIDI monitor such as https://www.midimonitor.com/ ?
debounce is not the real solution here, there's something quite wrong if you need anything above 30 ms or so
I looked at the dd200x user manual and it looks like it has nothing for crosstalk, debounce, etc. 😭
unfortunately yes. I thought i got a set that would be good enough to do the job but perhaps its just too far down the ladder
This is from 1 hit
