#(YARG-274) galaxy notes (spanish syllables) are broken

§
This one you mean?
I'm assuming the font we use doesn't support it for whatever reason
YARG shouldn't be trying to display it in the first place - § is used for synalepha in Spanish lyrics, where two words merge syllables together
e.g.: Me§e- na- mo- ra
(song is fast so the lyrics are pushed out past their corresponding tubes a bit, but notice that Me_e- is considered one syllable despite spanning two words)
yes, exactly
This, I know for a fact that synalepha worked before in YARG's history
it looks like this is just a font issue, the character is getting translated correctly
any time you see this box, it's most certainly a missing font character
added an issue to the tracker for this

(YARG-274) galaxy notes (spanish syllables) are broken
@placid oar has the error been fixed or do I just need to export my project as UTCF-8?
instead of Latin-1
re-exporting won't help
the chart's already encoded correctly
it's an issue on YARG's side, we need to add a font for the character to fall back on
the font we currently use for lyrics doesn't have the undertie character
oooh okay. It's just weird since I am almost certain that spanish syllables have worked in YARG before
As of now can I just add a space in spanish syllables instead or should I just keep on using §?
don't modify your charts to account for a current bug, when it gets fixed down the line your chart will now be incorrect
