#YARG Nightly Steam Deck Microphone not working

Trying to get a mic working on YARG. Mic gets picked up fine by the deck itself, tested it and works fine. Within YARG I can select the usb mic but when playing nothing registers or works at all. Tried on my windows PC and it is working completely fine there. Changed audio settings on my Steam Deck too and still not working here. Any ideas?

Did you try lowering the microphone sensitivity in sound settings?

Within YARG or on the Steamdeck itself? As when I plug it in it's being picked up, I tlam into it and can see the bar go up and down (on the steam deck desktop)

So the mic works on the steamdeck but not in game? I assume you've made a player profile, set the player profile to vocals and added the correct microphone device to the profile?

I have yes, it's a guitar hero mic and comes up as Logitech usb mic

Yea I have the same mic, it works fine on windows

can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work if it works on your steamdeck itself

So so weird this issue. Microphone is definitely working on the deck itself. Not working in YARG. Every other controller gets picked up and comes up the right up side saying device connected. The mic doesn't

I mean I wouldn't go buy one straight away but if you have another one lying around that would be helpful in testing and finding the issue yea

Thinking I could possibly try and mic input as the headphones via audio jack and output via normal speakers. I'm out here but will try asap

Picked JACK audio connection in devices when adding a profile

Same story, it's picking it up fine on the Steam Deck and everything else. It is not working in YARG at all

Basically no microphone will be picked up in YARG via the steam deck. I've tried all these docked to a TV and not docked using a usb c convertor

Hey, I‘m just letting you know I have the exact same issues on Steam Deck, stable release, mic is working in the OS but not getting picked up in game
