first, make sure you tried to load the song in the most recent session of the game you played

otherwise it won't be in the log

then send the Player file shown there

The chart doesn't load for a few update, same today

yet we see the score, because the chart worked before

it's not, there's no song load errors shown in the log file

please follow these instructions:

1. start the game
2. attempt to load the song, and wait for it to fail
3. close the game and send the new log file

do not start the game again after doing this until you've uploaded the log file, Unity overwrites the log file each time you start the game

weirdly i wasn't able to reproduce the load error on this chart, but the bug was definitely there regardless
