No offense but the entire game when playing with the circular note theme kinda looks like an AI generated video. It looks like it tries to gimmick realistic textures but ends up being more cartoonish.

I kinda agree in comparison to the rectangle notes it almost looks like a different game because of the textures rather than just the shapes if that makes sense, would be cool to add note texture customization at some point.

I don't think it necessarily looks bad but in contrast to everything else around it doesn't look like it blends well sticks out like a sore thumb which for some people could be nice but I just prefer the textures on the rectangle notes myself

I like the look of the rectangle theme but the circles are more satisfying however that might be because of the hit effects, I just love the flames
