SP meter jumps to full while whammying + activating SP via foot pedal simultaneously

Yet another star power bug from yours truly LOL
I've managed to get a consistent set-up for this (on bass, at least) -- when I reach 50+% star power while whammying a star-power note, if I use the foot pedal to activate, the star power bar will jump to 100% automatically in lieu of activating. I don't know if those words make sense, but I have the accompanying video.

(I can reuse the same star-power build y'all sent last time for further testing if needed, just discovered the setup on nightly is all.)

I remember accidentally pulling this off while I was testing for the star power vanishing bug, but like I said I can get this one consistently now.

Sounds nuts. By foot pedal you mean you are plugging a kick pedal into the RB guitar's 1/8 inch jack?

@vernal berry can you try this again on the latest nightly version? i pushed a bunch of input time fixes last night, and there's some additional checks and logging for these issues

when I tried it this morning I was on the latest nightly, can confirm it's happening on there

just tested now and can also confirm

ok update: it doesn't matter what level the meter is at, whenever I whammy a long star-power note and activate the foot pedal it automatically jumps to 100%

on both guitar and bass

admittedly i didn't test whammying SP yet, but if anything goes wrong with the time it should be getting logged
