Yup, this is planned once we add a proper union phrase rendering (as things are currently rendered on top of each other)
maybe an option for pre-rb3 style where it doesn't double in singleplayer would be a good idea

More frequent overdrives are one of my favourite rb3 stuff
i just want some consistency from the games i play more often (ch, gh2, and rb2)

rb3 implemented it in singleplayer so singleplayer scores could count for band scores
i'm fine with either, though i think i like the rb3 approach slightly more, but that's only me
Yeah I like RB3's approach better too, more frequent overdrives and consistency across the board
for scoring reasons, i think it would be a good idea for non-standard bands (bands with multiple of the same instrument) to not create unisons and instead only use the ones that were explicitly charted

prevents abuse of a second player to get much higher solo scores than you would be able to otherwise
