This is a concept car and not a production car but multiple working prototypes of it were made.
I was originally thinking this car couldn't fit in the game... however it might make sense to add in a dlc pack or as an endgame car
This car could also work in a japanese concept cars or high performance/supercars dlc along with cars like:
-Nissan Mid4 (Car that resulted in the r32 gtr)
-Jiotto Caspita which is a japanese mid-engined v12 supercar that did get to production

I hope it doesn't end up interfering with gameplay though... although I guess if the nsx which handles like an lmp can already cope with low suspension it shouldn't be bad

Yep! Also this car might look like it belongs to forza horizon or some other games but it's actually slower than gtr as well as NSX irl so I don't think it's a big deal also I think Devs must also add mitsuoka cars what do you think abt that? Mitsuoka orochi,mitsuoka M55 concept and mitsuoka rockstar

I'm not... super for it, I feel like a car should have gameplay value first and novelty second so to speak?
Some cars can be added to the game just because they're icons and they won't have to justify their existence by driving well or being priced well, but the more niche you get, the more the gameplay has to compensate
Ox-99-11 and the other rare production cars will be quick, drive well, sound incredible and be really cool collectibles, I feel like the less quick the car becomes the more difficult this is to justify
Furai, zzii, r390 would back themselves up in gameplay alone if nobody cared about the actual car for some reason
I feel like mitsuoka's stuff won't be able to do so
The rockstar and m55 look interesting but the orochi I'm not too excited about
this is all subjective... but I hope this justifies the take somewhat
