That’s due to desync, what you see isnt what’s happening in the server.
Everyone is experiencing desync unfortunately.

Happens more since patch for me. Pointless playing when there's too many inconsistencies and no predictability.
That's not hyperbole. It's genuinely just not worth playing in hope the odds favour you
