it's an issue with parameter values or missing parameters or invalid cipher (for clients that are ciphered, like tvhtml5 & web)

innertube is the internal API, it does not make sense for this to have quotas when it is used by Google's official frontends like the android app or web frontend

That is for the common package which is not what I linked, as you do not use Lavaplayer directly.

As you have already witnessed, given your stacktrace in #lavalink-dev, you cannot have it enabled
