you didn't follow the readme

https://maven.lavalink.dev/#/releases is not correct

infact you don't even need the repository at all

i added the # cause opening the url in the browser have a 404 page and suggested to go to /#/

just because the page 404s in the browser doesn't mean anything

I would 404 on an unknown path too

as an example that's the final url to download a plugin
