Please also provide additional info such as:

FULL Lavalink logs, the error message alone isn't enough
exact Lavalink version (can be found in startup logs)
include your FULL application.yml
anything you can think of which could help us identify the issue

SSL Uses Secure WS connection, whilst No SSL uses standard WS. if you want to use the SSL lavalink you need to make sure your bot uses that protocol.
