Lavalink appears to lag when on an AMD cpu

I've switched between AMD and Intel multiple times and it appears that Lavalink is significantly laggier when on an AMD cpu.
Is there any fix for this?

an AMD CPU is extremely generic, what kind of lag? what CPU? it works just fine for me with an AMD Epyc (unknown sku), with expected lag in far away voice regions

Managed to get some information out of them, AMD EPYC 7282, however I believe that it might be the expected lag in far away voice regions since I dev for the same bot. It's occasional stuttering/glitching/pausing

thats where the discord debug window helps

packet loss would likely be the stuttering at least

sometimes other things too when discord tries to make sense of it

like get audio of the vc with the music playing so we can hear what kind of stuttering there is

I've noticed an interesting pattern with my Lavalink nodes. One of the nodes gets really stuttery under load and starts having ping issues. This node is the only one hosted on a server with an AMD EPYC CPU. The other nodes are working fine. I'm wondering if this could be related to the larger number of VMs on the AMD EPYC server, which has more cores, or if it's a problem with Java or Lavalink itself?

we don't have insights in your nodes stats like cpu & memory usage

if it lags under loads that's an indicator that you have too many players on that node to handle
