Gemini 3.1 pro is broken

Gemini 3.1 Pro takes 2 minutes to start responding in AI Studio on my Pro plan, while it takes only a few seconds with the free tier, or on gemini.google.com, or when using Flash (all tested in the same environment). This massive latency makes the Pro plan unusable in AI Studio. Happens with my friend too
