Yes, I've been having the problem since Sunday evening about 7:30pm Eastern time. And I believe it might be "media" content related, as a CSV attachment uploaded to 3 new chats worked perfectly fine. It was weird, as the first image of a new chat would go through but subsequent ones were unable to be viewed by the system. I'm on the desktop version, Windows 11, with Chrome.
