Hi there @celest hedge, thanks for reporting this! I'd like to ask a few questions in regards to this behavior:

  1. Does this occur both on the web and app versions of Gemini?
  2. Can you try signing out and in again to see if the issue persists?
  3. Could you please send us a screenshot that shows this behavior?

@river quest any updates by chance? Part of the reason for upgrading to Ultra was that I thought I’d be able to get access to Personal Intelligence. It’s been pretty frustrating to still not have access

Hi @hard thorn @celest hedge I've reported this to the team, but I haven't received an update from them yet. Because the Discord is mainly focused on bug reports, I don't have access to account/subscription based support. I recommend contacting Google One support: https://one.google.com/u/1/. Click the Question mark in the upper right hand corner then Contact Us.

They can investigate why the feature isn't appearing for your specific accounts. I'll still follow this issue closely and report back if I hear anything else.

@hard thorn I know it's frustrating that the initial contact with support didn't provide a resolution. My suggestion would be to keep following up on that same G1 Support ticket, as they are the best channel for investigating account-specific issues. Like I said above, I'll keep following this issue closely. gemini_salute

@river quest any updates for our situations since Personal Intelligence is now available for all free users as well? When will we get access as paid Pro and Ultra members?
