Gemini 3 pro mysteriously disappeared

I have a google one family, and the pro model has disappeared on some of our members,

Hi there @leaden brook thanks for raising this! I'd like to ask some questions in regards to this behavior:

1. Did this family member have the "Pro" option before?
2. Do other members have the "Pro" option in Gemini?
3. Does this behavior happen both on the web and mobile? If it only happens on the web, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let me know if it works.

Also, could you please check if this family member is actually showing as one of the family members? If you need directions, you can check this Help Center article

I can confirm this has happened for me as well. As of the 4th. I am an ultra user. All devices. And passing “thinking” mode off as pro is incorrect. They aren’t the same. I can tell from the time it takes to output results and the results themselves are not as good. I am a paying ultra customer and would like to know what’s going on. I think k switch to Anthropic because of how this is being handled. Though, I will say, that my anti-gravity remains at full performance.

Hello, i have the same exact same problem. To answer your questions:

1. Yes I was using it normally around 3 days ago.
2. Yes I checked the family members accounts and they have the option.
3. Yes this happens both on mobile, and web.
   And the account is indeed a family member as its the account that provides the plan.

Hello, I am also having the same problem.
My Google AI Pro 6 months subscription was claimed from the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra purchase.
It was still working as of yesterday. and today morning, i disappeared for both in Browser and Gemini Android App.
