Is it not supposed to return all the building upgrade materials? But sometimes, when we deconstruct it, it gives all the upgrade materials. Is this a bug, or is it how it's supposed to be?

So I've noticed with higher building skill you have a chance to build something free. So if you made an enchanting table and it proc'd the free build and you deconstruct it you will only get the upgrade materials back. Not the construction materials.

level 9 but i got all of the materials for the upgrade
when we try to mvoe the enchantment table once again

Also when you break down the table sometimes auto store will grab stuff.

Any time you break down the table it gives the upgrade materials back to you

Could be auto store or just server lag. Things will sometimes just disappear
